1. Who we are

Animal Majority is a petition and supporter-acquisition platform for animal protection organisations. These terms govern your use of animalmajority.com, petition pages we host on partner domains, and the advertiser dashboard.

2. Supporters

Signing a petition is free. By signing you confirm the details you provide are your own and accurate. Consent to receive messages from sponsoring organisations is optional and governed by the wording shown next to the opt-in box and our Privacy Policy. One signature per person per petition; duplicate or automated signatures may be removed.

3. Organisations

Organisations using the platform must: be genuine nonprofit or campaigning entities; only run campaigns that are truthful and lawful; use supporter data received through the platform in accordance with the consent obtained and applicable law (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and the TCPA); honour unsubscribe requests promptly; and not resell or transfer supporter data to third parties. Campaigns are subject to review before going live and may be paused or removed for breach of these terms.

4. Subscriptions

The core petition platform is free for organisations. Pro subscriptions (whitelabel domains, post-sign redirects and related features) are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Collaborative campaigns

A host organisation may add collaborating organisations to a campaign. All named organisations receive consented signer data, and each is independently responsible for its use of that data. Hosts are responsible for ensuring collaborators are legitimate organisations.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or discriminatory content; no attempts to game charging, earnings or the carousel (including self-signing schemes); no scraping or interference with the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to organisations is limited to the credits balance on the affected account, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@animalmajority.com.
